By installing or using The Auto Fisher or any other software created and distrubited by MC Automator (“the Software”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. License

This Software is licensed, not sold.
You are granted a non-transferable, single-device license to install and use the Software.
Each license or activation key may only be used on one (1) computer at a time.
Redistribution, resale, modification, or reverse engineering of the Software is strictly prohibited.

2. Trial Version

The Software may include a time-limited trial mode.
After the trial period expires, continued use requires entering a valid activation key.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Software.
The Software automates mouse and keyboard actions, which may interfere with other programs or game policies.
You agree to use the Software at your own risk and in compliance with any game or platform’s terms of service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Continuous or error-free operation

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer or distributor of The Auto Fisher be held liable for:

Any loss of data, damage to software or hardware,
Interference with other programs,
Account penalties, suspensions, or bans,
Or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to discontinue use and uninstall it.

6. Updates & Changes

The developer reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.
Update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
